Order Cancellation and Returns

I want you to be happy with your jewellery, and I accept returns on unwanted items provided that you email me within 14 days of receipt. I am unable to refund the initial postage cost unless you email within seven working days after the day on which you receive the products. In the unikely event that the items you receive are faulty, I will of course refund the initial delivery cost as well as the cost of returning the item to me.
According to UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order, provided you do so no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products. You will be given a full refund, which includes the initial postage charge. To cancel your order, please let me know by email. If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact me as soon as possible.

Exceptions

I am unable to accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings for hygiene reasons. I cannot accept returns or exchanges of specially commissioned or personalised jewellery. These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

I am happy to accept exchanges, provided that you email me within 14 days of receipt of your jewellery items.
I am unable to accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
Specially commissioned or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
