Ordering
Purchasing through the online shop
Simply click the 'Add to basket' button next to the item you would like to buy, then you can either pay for your item directly, or continue to browse through the shop. Click 'View Basket' (in the top right-hand corner) when you are ready to complete your purchase.
I accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal. You can pay simply and securely with PayPal without having to open a PayPal account. I do not have access to your bank or credit card details, which are processed through PayPal's secure server.
Other ordering methods
If you prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please email me first with details of your order. Cheques (in pounds sterling only) should be made payable to Kate Wood and sent to Kate Wood, Studio E2R, Cockpit Arts, Cockpit Yard, London WC1N 2NP. Your jewellery will be sent to you once your cheque has cleared (please allow 5 working days).
Delivery Times
Most pieces are made to order. I will send out your jewellery within 5-10 working days, unless otherwise specified. If you need something more urgently, just let me know and I will do my best to make sure your jewellery reaches you in good time.
Postage and Packaging
- Free national and international shipping on orders over £100
- UK postage and packing is £4.95 (Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day)
- International postage & packing is £8.00 (Royal Mail International Signed For)
- Your jewellery will come beautifully packaged in a gift box.
Import regulations and duty
When goods are delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
