The easiest
way to buy jewellery from this site is to use the secure PayPal
checkout (you do not need to be a PayPal account holder).
Simply click the 'Add to basket' button next to the item you would like to
buy, then you can either pay for your item directly, or continue to browse
the shop and click 'Go to checkout' when you are ready.

If you
prefer to pay by cheque, please email
me first with details of your order. Cheques (in pounds
sterling only) should be made payable to Kate Wood and sent to
the address below. Your jewellery will be sent to you once your
cheque has cleared (please allow 5 working days).

unlikely event that your package is lost in the post.

you seen something you like on the website but would prefer a
different colour or size? I will do my best to make a piece that
fits your specifications. Just email
me and I will get back to you as soon as possible to
let you know whether I can make what you want and how much it
will cost.

Returns
Policy
If you are not completely happy
with your Glint purchase, we can accept returns of unworn jewellery,
provided that you email within
14 days of receipt, specifying whether you would like a refund
or an exchange.
We will provide an address for you to send your insured and carefully
packed item to. Items must be returned in their original packaging,
with proof of posting. We are unable to pay for return shipping.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on pierced earrings
for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
