to Shop
Simply
click the 'Add to basket' button next to the item you would
like to buy, then you can either
pay for your item
directly, or continue to browse
the shop and 'Go to checkout' when you are ready. Payment Methods
You can pay simply and securely
with PayPal; you do not need to open an account. I will not have
access to your bank or credit card details, which are processed
through PayPal's secure server.

If you
prefer to pay by cheque, please email
me first with details of your order. Cheques (in pounds
sterling only) should be made payable to Kate Wood and sent to
the address below. Your jewellery will be sent to you once your
cheque has cleared (please allow 5 working days).

Most pieces are made to order.
I will send out your jewellery within 5 working days (and usually
within 2 working days). If you need something more urgently, just
let me know and I will do my best to make sure your jewellery reaches
you in good time.
I regret that I am unable to
provide compensation in the unlikely event that your package is
lost in the post.
Customisation
Found the perfect necklace or
bracelet but need a different length of chain to ensure a perfect
fit? Just let me know in the comments field at checkout. There
is no charge for small adjustments, but if you need a lot more
chain, I'll email you with the new price.

bespoke commissions, whether you're planning

special to complement your dress, or you just want to treat yourself

Returns
Policy
If you are not completely happy
with your Glint purchase, we can accept returns of unworn jewellery,
provided that you email within
14 days of receipt, specifying whether you would like a refund
or an exchange.
We will provide an address for you to send your insured and carefully
packed item to. Items must be returned in their original packaging,
with proof of postage. I am unable to pay for return shipping.
Please note that I am unable to accept returns on pierced earrings
for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
